1. IS YOUR WEBSITE LEGIT AND SAFE TO ORDER?

Yes. Our website is legit and have already received many compliments from our lovely customers. You can feel our sincerity from our website as well. Hope you can give us a chance to prove ourselves! As all the business has good and bad reputations, we're not perfect but will do our best to solve the problems and keep going.

 

2. YOUR SIZE RUNS SMALL OR BIG?

Our products are true to size. You can check the measurements of the bust, waist, hip and length in the size chart before your purchase.

3. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Normally the process time is 1~4 business days.(1-3 business day delay happend in peak season)

 

4. WHEN I CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

Normally it will reach you in 7~15 business days including process time.

 

5. CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

6. WHERE ARE THE CLOTHING MANUFACTURED?

Most of them are made in China/ East Asia.

 

7. WHY IS MY ORDER SPLIT INTO MULTIPLE PARCELS?

Our factories are located in Zhejiang, Fujian and Guangdong, China.

In order to ensure that the package can reach you as soon as possible, we will split the order, pack it directly from the factory and deliver.

 

8.How do I receive assistance with my order?

Our team of customer service representatives is standing by to assist customers along every step of the way - from just browsing, to ordering and shipping (and when necessary, returning as well). LADY does not collect fees for any costs other than the products we sell and shipping. in some unique cases, it is possible your local post office may request additional fees for customs, taxes or VATs. If you have any questions regarding such fees, please contact your local post office.

  2. Enter your card details and click “Submit”;
  3. Your payment will be processed and a receipt will be sent to your e-mail address. The money would be deducted once you paid successfully.
