RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition .

  1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
  4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your payment account in advance.  Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

We at shopinsea hope you like your newly purchased product. If you are not satisfied, we will be happy to accept your refund or refund, but the following conditions must be met.

Return Conditions

  1. You have 30 days to decide whether the product is right for you. If you want to return or exchange the goods, please contact us within 30 days after delivery.
  2. Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, underwear, swimwear
  3. The returned items must be in an unused condition and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  4. Items with a non-returnable mark and free gifts cannot be returned.
  5. We do not accept returns that you send back directly without our prior verification.
  6. Please do not return the goods directly according to the address on the received package. It can only be sent to the address provided by our customer service.
  7. For returned items, we will arrange a replacement or refund after checking your return order number or receipt.
  8. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used to place the order. Paypal takes 24 hours, and credit card takes 7-15 business days to show your refund.
  9. We do not provide freight collect (FTC) services for packages returned to us, and return costs will be borne by you. Unless Shopinsea made a mistake.
  10. Please check your return carefully before shipping. We are not responsible for returns of non-Shopinsea products.

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

How do I make a return?

1. Sign into your Shopinsea account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date. 

Defective Product

If you have quality issue to report, you can contact our customer care team within 5 business days of receiving your product [ lufanda@outlook.com] and we will assist you with the return and refund process.

We do not provide return/ exchange service for products with following conditions

  • For your protection and care, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges on our intimates items (bras and panties). Intimates items that are sent to us for return or exchange will be automatically shipped back to you.
  • Any damage caused by individual factors, such as:
    (a) Products have been used, damaged, or tainted including smell which would affect the ability to resell.
    (b) Products altered or washed.

Important Notice:

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-Shopinsea items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your Shopinsea Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
